Bad Cheque Fee
A fee for processing a returned cheque will be assessed at $30.
The fee for professional development or networking events may be refunded until 5 days prior to the commencement of an event. The fee shall be refunded less an administrative charge of $10. Refunds requested within 5 days of the event shall be refunded less one half the amount paid by the participant. No refunds shall be granted on the day of the event or later. Request for refund must be made personally or by written communication to the association office.
Special Events such as the Conference & Trade Show and Charity Golf Tournament have a specific refund policy. Please note that they will differ from the above mentioned policy.
Conference & Trade Show sponsorship and booths are not refundable. Delegate registration refunds are less $50 up until one week prior. Refunds requested after this point shall be refunded less one half (50%). No refunds shall be given on the day of the event or later. Request must be made personally or by written communication to the association office.
Golf Refund policy is $50 up until 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations will then be charged one half up until 5 days prior. From 5 days out no refund will be given.
